(ANSA) - BERGAMO, APRIL 26 - A 34-year-old woman, VivianaCaglioni, was killed in kicks and punches by her partner, CristianMichele Locatelli, 42 years old. The brutal assault dates back to a month ago, on the night between 30 and 31 March, but initially the alleged assailant, also covered by her mother, had reported an accidental fall of the woman. The victim's mother was also investigated, who continued to support the statement of the alleged murderer, now arrested.
The crime took place in a house in via Maironi da Ponte, in Bergamo, a house divided into two separate apartments, with a common area where the couple lived with their mother and her uncle. Locatelli, after the arrest, reported that the criminals had beaten his partner out of jealousy, pounding her with kicks and punches to the head and groin. It is precisely from the strange wounds, not compatible with a simple fall reported by both the rescuers and the doctors, that the investigations of the Bergamo Police Headquarters started.
