France cautious on phase 2 while in Germany the contagion rate of the coronavirus rises to 1.  "If the indicators are not respected, we will not reopen on 11 May,"   said French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe, presenting the plan reopening in Parliament. The conditions it has set concern, among other things, the number of new infections per day, which "must remain between 1,000 and 3,000" . Depending on the level of the infections, the departments will be divided into "green" and "red" zones. The " Phase 2" will last from May 11 to June 2, when we enter a "phase 3", added Philippe. "At the reopening on 11 May we will be able to carry out mass tests, 700,000 virological tests per week" said Philippe explaining that all people who have had contact with "positives" will be invited to test themselves and put themselves in isolation ". "The ultimate goal - he said - is to allow the virus carriers to be isolated as soon as possible. It is not a punishment, but a protection: everything must be largely based on everyone's civicism. "French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe, during the intervention at the National Assembly to present the plan to exit the rigid confinement against coronavirus, guaranteed that in France there will be "enough masks to meet the needs starting from May 11 ", the day in which the rigid lockdown measures will be lifted . Only a few days the masks have started to be available in the pharmacies of France but for a long time time, given the limited resources, were practically impossible for ordinary citizens to find. In the face of the very high risk of scarcity, in France the masks were reserved for health personnel and some very specific categories of the population. Philippe said now that in "numerous situations "it is instead" preferable "to wear a mask.

"The 2019-2010 professional sports season, in particular that of football, will not be able to resume ", announced the French Prime Minister, while from May 11 there will be "a very gradual reopening of nursery and primary schools , on an optional basis. Later - he continued - from May 18, but only in the departments where the circulation of the virus is very weak, we can imagine opening the middle schools ". As for high schools, "we will decide in late May if we can reopen them, starting with the professional ones," added Philippe. "I know the impatience of religious communities. The places of worship may remain open, but I think it is legitimate to ask not to organize functions and ceremonies" before June 2 "concluded the premier adding that funerals will continue to be possible with a maximum of 20 people.

The rate of contagion from Coronavirus in Germany has risen again : since March, for the first time, one person has infected another. The Robert Koch Institut has made it known. According to the Institute in Germany 156,337 cases of contagion and 5,913 victims are registered. In the country led by Angela Merkel, the eyes are currently focused on the next meeting between the government and Laender, scheduled for Thursday: the Executive made clear yesterday that it did not want to accelerate the easing of the restrictive measures, but political and economic pressure about it rises and the debate is heated. Shops have been reopened in Germany since last week, but contact is still in effect and since yesterday it is mandatory to wear masks in shops and on public transport. The requirement to wear masks will go into effect in all stores in Germany. Berlin is the last Land to introduce the measure, already active in the 16 German regions.
