Coronavirus: CFDT lays the foundations for post-crisis work

Seven out of ten have had their daily lives affected, one in two works 100% (including teleworking) and one in three is stopped (including full-time unemployed). Only 1% of the 1,000 respondents have so far lost their job.

On the basis of these responses, the CFDT launched the #construisonsdemain operation to build the post-Covid-19 operation. "There would be nothing worse than wanting to do as before and to build this future without listening to their expectations, their fears, their opinions and their ideas" , affirms the reformist union, which then poses the seven milestones of a " a new model of society which combines social justice and ecological urgency, which puts the question of work and its modes of organization at the heart of the debates, and which ensures the protection of all .

The center headed by Laurent Berger calls for a mobilization for employment, recognition of workers with invisible trades, sharing of efforts - with “a contribution from the richest and large companies” - to get out of the crisis and a revival of the economy "at the service of the ecological transition and the mastery of strategic public services" .
