2020-05-01T16:05:32.341Z

New timetables for transport and shops, contributions for rents, open the LTZ (ANSA)

ROME - Bus and metro until 11.30 pm, shops open until 9.30 pm but take away and delivery allowed even beyond, peak hours spread from 8.30 am to 11.30 am and 80% of Capitoline employees in smart working. And then stations, bars and special monitored venues with drones to fly over the parks that begin to reopen the gates, first of all Villa Borghese and Villa Pamphilj.Rome will thus wake up on 4 May, the day of the recovery due to a cautious easing of the lockdown after 55 days of lockout. The ordinance on public transport passed yesterday evening (which imposes the obligation to wear a mask, 50% capacity on each vehicle, the installation of dispensers with sanitizing gel in the stations, and the possibility to skip stops if the vehicle is already full) today the Region has issued the rules for the premises that will reopen. Again there is an obligation for customers and staff to wear gloves and masks, spacing, sanitizing gel. It is forbidden to eat on the spot in bars, pubs, restaurants, rotisseries, frying shops, ice cream shops, patisseries, pizza pizzerias, sandwich shops, yogurt shops, piadinerias that must comply with regulations for the production, packaging and sale of takeaway food and drinks. Both the take away and the delivery, the Region's vademecum specifies, are not subject to the hourly limitation of 9.30 pm which the commercial establishments must comply with. In addition to transport, another revolution will be that of city timetables: the rush hour will be spread over three bands (from 8.30 to 11.30), the office openings will be remodeled not only during the hours but also on weekdays and smart will be promoted working. Capitoline employees, already 80% in agile mode, will be supported to continue working from home, in particular the parents of children under the age of 14. Alternative mobility such as car-scooters and bike sharing and two-wheelers will also be facilitated, with the construction of 150 km of bike lanes by the Capitol. All to ease the pressure on traffic. Also in this sense, the municipality has ordered the opening of the Ztl until 31 May.

There will also be contributions for seasonal hotel workers, additional to the national one and there are interventions in favor for families with children under 15 years (bonus between 300 and 500) which should be attributed in May which has already registered 130 thousand applications . "We want to be a national excellence at the cost of sending the staff of the Region to the asylum", commented De Luca. Overall, De Luca said, "we have sent 98 million euros for social and welfare services to the area's social plans and opened the call for families with non-serious disability problems". There will also be information on payments for farms, the fishery and aquaculture sector and flower and nursery businesses. In May also the contribution of 250 euros for students who purchased IT tools (10 million euros in total) as well as a contribution for assignees for residences (those who have not benefited from university residences).
