(ANSA) - CATANZARO, MAY 2 - In Calabria, for the first time since the beginning of the epidemic, there are zero infections. The bulletin published by the Region notes this. In fact, all the swabs processed in the last 24 hours gave a negative result. The total of confirmed cases is that recorded on the day before yesterday, that is 1,112 even if the number of deaths from yesterday to today has grown by two units. In all the swabs performed are 35,975 of which negative 34,863.
Territorially, the positive cases are distributed as follows: Catanzaro: 46 in the ward, 2 in the resuscitation, 66 in isolation from the home, 69 recovered and 32 deceased; Cosenza: 25 in wards, 298 in home isolation, 104 healed and 29 dead; ReggioCalabria: 21 in ward, 2 in resuscitation, 131 in home isolation, 83 recovered and 16 deceased; Crotone: 8 in the ward, 58 in home isolation, 41 healed and 6 deceased; ViboValentia: 56 in home isolation, 14 recovered and 5 deceased.
There are 6,078 subjects in voluntary quarantine.
