Coronavirus: Ducati launches #raceagainstCovid collection

(ANSA) - BOLOGNA, 04 MAY - A fundraiser renamed # raceagainstCovid, in favor of the Policlinico di Sant'Orsola diBologna. To organize it is Ducati, which has called together employees from the Bologna office and all the branches in the world, dealers, suppliers, partners, riders and enthusiasts.
    The goal is to collect, by June 2020, the funds necessary to finance instrumentation, epersonal research of the Policlinico di Sant'Orsola in Bologna dedicated to the exclusive care of patients in convalescence post Covid-19.
    "Faced with a tragedy such as that caused by the Covid19 virus - observes Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati - you can remain motionless, paralyzed by terror, react quickly, precisely and in a coordinated way. Helping the health system in every possible way is the duty of every singletowner and also of the companies that are a fundamental part of the social fabric ".
    The members of the Ducati board opened the collection, followed by many other employees. The cipher collection was then doubled by the company, reaching the amount of 100,000, the starting base of #raceagainstCovid.
