A week ahead of the deconfinement wanted by the government, the Directorate General of Health provided a new card on Monday.

On this May 4, no change in the summary map of the DGS prefiguring the deconfinement of May 11. Just under 3,700 patients are still hospitalized in intensive care, according to figures from the Directorate General of Health released Monday.

The first map provided by the DGS assesses the rate of circulation of the virus. If it is higher than 10%, the department is classified in red. There is a decrease in the circulation of the virus in Ardèche (07) with a proportion of emergency visits for COVID-19 less than 6%, which allows the change from "orange" to "green" on the map of this department of South West.

This second map, on the other hand, assesses the extent of hospital tension at the local level. In principle, it is enough for a department to be red in one of the two maps to be red on the final map. The indicators of hospital tension in intensive care make it possible to draw up the second map which remains unchanged compared to Sunday.
