Naples is a very timid recovery, where the city center looks like a full August day this morning. Many businesses that have preferred not to reopen given the ban on counter sales and limitations on customer access. Traffic was more sustained than in the past few days. In Piazza Trieste and Trento the Gambrinus Bar is closed, which has joined the protest of the Chiaia traders. A sign saying "#Io non riapropro", the hashtag of the protest launched in recent days, is posted on the windows. In the Galleria Umberto I, populated only by the clochards that set up the night stands, there are two bars open, but one of the owners says disconsolate: "So it is useless to reopen, in a day collection 30 euros. I do not pay the costs." In via Toledo, the commercial heart of the city, few shutters are raised. To return to the street were the "punkabbestia" with their dogs, who occupy the sidewalks. Also on Corso Umberto, few bars and clubs are open. Many are clothing stores, whose reopening is postponed. But open bars and patisseries can be counted on the fingers of one hand.

Photographic cameras in hand and banners: so in front of the headquarters of the Campania Region, in via Santa Lucia in Naples, protest the 'ceremony photographers' who denounce the serious crisis in which they find themselves due to the virus and the absence of interventions to protect of the category.
