At the heart of the tragedy, Guillaume Debailly, alias Mathieu Kassovitz, whose thwarted and passionate love for Nadia El Mansour (Zined Triki) are also one of the threads of the spy series. So yes, both are particularly present in these two episodes and perhaps to the detriment of the other actors. But that's also “the Office of legends”, an ego-free team where everyone can erase the time of an episode. And then remember, one of the first scenes of season 1. It is on this love that Jacques Audiard ends the series because without him, "the Office of legends" is no longer really the same. So Nadia is murdered. Remarkably interpreted by Stefan Crepon, it was extremely touching. Propelled from Moscow to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, this young man was to be exfiltrated by the DGSE. Then more news. Ditto for Mille Sabords, a newcomer embodied by Louis Garrel. This operational agent in the Middle East was to remain in post. But not a word about him in the last two parts. To wonder in the end what was this character used for. As for JJA, interpreted by Mathieu Amalric who lent him his features, his fate is swept away with a single reply. On the contrary, the agent Jonas Maury, played by Artus, suddenly benefits from unnecessary lighting.

As for the staging of Audiard, we loved certain passages, such as the banquet bringing together the collateral victims of Malotru (Mathieu Kassovitz), or his long-distance dialogue between Malotru and Marie-Jeanne (Florence Loiret-Caille). The fate of the latter being the only real satisfaction of this final. On the other hand, other somewhat coarse effects spoil the suspense, especially around the death of Nadia, the great love of Malotru, which we see arriving at 10,000 km. The very end - the distress of the character of Kassovitz and the destruction of the Bureau of legends - is fortunately a real conclusion of the series. Let's stay there. "
