In the mid-forties, John Cena made the dream of a seven-year-old boy who is his fan and fight against cancer a reality.

Nothing stops John Cena . The former WWE superstar decided to fulfill the dream of a little boy who is his fan and fights cancer.

On Sunday, May 3, Cena visited 7-year-old David Castle , before his birthday, which is next May 10, at his home in Odessa, Florida.

The little boy suffers from Wilms tumor disease, also known as nephroblastoma, a very rare kidney cancer that mainly affects children.

Despite the difficulties the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is creating worldwide, John continues to spread smiles around the United States through the Make-A-Wish campaign.

The last case has gone unnoticed by WWE, so far, but it has been spread throughout the world via social networks and some international media.

To the amazement of David and his brothers, John showed up in his fighting outfit and did not come empty-handed as it brought back so many memories for the boy.

According to David's mother, Tammy Miller , Cena brought her son "many good things, including two WWE title belts, signed jerseys, a signed show and some of his bracelets," WFLA News Channel 8 reported .

David's mother also told the local news channel that her son was "full of emotion and tears of joy when he saw one of his favorite fighters."

In the video that circulates on Twitter, Cena can be seen taking social distancing precautions in the middle of the outbreak, wearing gloves and masks while spending time with the little boy to celebrate his birthday in advance. It should be noted that the visit lasted a few minutes.

His mother also shared that her son has gone through "very painful tests, surgery, and long days and nights in the hospital." For now, David is at home, however his mother told the publication that "he still has many months of radiation and chemotherapy left."

David Castle was diagnosed on October 25, 2019, when the cancer was already in stage four, and he is still in the battle against the disease, but there is no doubt that this time he received an extra motivation to not give up.

According to a Tampa report, Pasco County Fire Department officials made the surprise visit possible.

Recently it was reported that John Cena has granted more than 600 wishes through the Make-A-Wish Foundation , and in this, especially his "never give up" message was evidenced.

In these difficult times of health contingency, we hope that David and his family can remember this gesture as one of the motivations that led him to overcome the disease.
