Recall of products: Rewe follows a long list

The Rewe recall is part of an endless list. Because products repeatedly violate hygiene standards or are even harmful to health and therefore affected by food recalls. Recall of products: Not only food at Rewe is affected

The number of product recalls increases from year to year. These are the most common reasons for a call back *.

A recent incident shows that there can be a health risk not only for food at Rewe , but also for other products, and that these products are then affected by a recall. They are urgently needed during this time: face masks due to the corona crisis. However, certain masks have now been recalled. There is a health risk that the mouth protection can increase the risk of infection with Corona.

However, only food cannot be recalled: The non-food discounter Tedi started a recall because of a jewelry set *, which could trigger allergies.

A disinfectant from a certain manufacturer is also affected by a recall. The containers of the disinfectant, which was specially developed to combat the coronavirus *, can be dangerous due to a chemical reaction.
