In addition, the use of the larger areas to facilitate the distribution among customers, "is the subject of a communication by the owner of the company and is not subject to the granting of a concession by the local authority". This is foreseen in the work document for the development of the relaunch decree.
The technical report estimates the lower revenue for the Municipalities of 127.5 million euros, which would be restored by the state.
