(ANSA) - TEHERAN, MAY 9 - Coronavirus infections in Iran have risen to 106,220, with an increase of 1,529 cases in the last 24 hours: said the spokesman for the Ministry of Health of Teheran, Kianoush Jahanpour, specifying that in the same time span 48 virus-related deaths were reported, bringing the total to 6,589. Jahanpour said that 85,064 people have been healed so far, while 2,696 remain in critical condition. In Iran, 573,220 tests have been conducted so far.
