For the first time since the beginning of the emergency, the number of currently positive ones is decreasing throughout Italy, with the sole exception of Molise which registers 5 new patients. The most marked drop is that of Piedmont, with 693 currently less positive, followed by Lombardy (-643) and Emilia Romagna (-299), the three regions most affected by the virus.

The increase in the total number of people infected with coronavirus in Italy, that is currently the positive, the victims and the recovered, returns to decline.
