Italian radios together for I Love My Radio

(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 13 - Italian radios together to celebrate 45 years of history. For the first time RTL 102.5, RDS100% Great Hits, Radio Deejay, Radio Italiasolomusicaitaliana, Radio 105, Radio Kiss Kiss, Virgin Radio, Rai Radio 2, Radio 24, R101, Radio Subasio, m2o, Radio Capital, Radio Monte Carlo, Radio Arrow , Radio Norba, Radio Zeta - come together in a unique format: I LOVE MY RADIO.
    Forty-five songs, one for each year from 1975 to 2019, for a virtual compilation from which listeners can choose and vote for their favorite song. An audience of 45 million users who will be able to vote online, from 18 May to 31 July, on ilovemyradio.it.
    Ten chef artists will also be involved in the project to relive, in a new version, ten classics of Italian music. The artists involved are Biagio Antonacci, Elisa, Tiziano Ferro & Massimo Ranieri, Giorgia, J-Ax, Jovanotti, Marco Mengoni, Gianna Nannini, Negramaro, ErosRamazzotti.
    The first to announce their covers were Antonacci (Franco Battiato's permanent center of gravity), Tiziano Ferro & Massimo Ranieri (Losing love "by Massimo Ranieri) and Elisa (Luca Carboni's Mare mare).
    The I Love My Radio project will close in October with a live multi-platform concert on radio, TV and streaming.
    The 45 songs chosen, start from Claudio Pomaglioni's Saturday Afternoon (1975) and go up to Mahmood Money (2019).
