Successful chef and restaurateur Omar Miller posted a post on Thursday on his Facebook and Instagram announcing that he would violate the ban on restaurant seating, opening his own restaurant, Horso & Sans.

"I'll start from the end: On Saturday at noon, I will break the law and open his horse's porch in Dizengoff. The Israeli government is invited to look for me," he opened the long, loaded post.

"The beaches are blown up. IKEA and the kindergartens. Crowds are allowed up to 100 people. You return the farm in a crash to easy propulsion. There is no clear outline or strategy or conflicting guidelines.

"Not only us, but at least I allow myself to speak on behalf of most dining people. Let us sit on the porch. We'll keep the guidelines. We are law abiding. Let us make a living. I don't think I can't serve food to thousands of bathers. Horse for diners who want to sit in the street and in the blues, "he continued.

"I'm a law abiding but I'm also a father. I'm not hungry for bread (for now) and admittedly a little anxious and of course I know there are those who are much more hurt. And I know there are those who probably will not rise. I was taught not to cry nor to complain even when you were right, but first All to work, then unlike the director general of the Ministry of Health and the director general of the Treasury, as opposed to the ministers of health and finance who left in the middle of the biggest crisis the country has ever known I want to continue working. And just like Litzman, Netanyahu, Rivlin and other leaders who violated the Seder health guidelines (despite the spitting of a face that mixed wonderfully with the cold sweat from the anxieties, it would warm your heart to find that even cynical politicians like you, they are in the end and despite everything people like us who just want to hug our loved one).

"On Saturday, I will also break the law and open the balcony for sitting in his horse Dizengoff. There will be masks and gloves, a disinfection area, as needed, heat measurement, keeping order and everything I can do to make people happy, take care of my employees and make a living for myself. I respect those who do not want to come.

"And of course I don't call any restaurateur for rebellion," he wrote, adding: "The situation is devastating. I understand everything. I have not been a demonstrator for a long time, but your quiet and supportive demonstration of arriving at his horse and sitting with us and a little to restore our normalcy is a proper demonstration. Masks and gloves, kept a distance, took his horse back and it will be the happiest demonstration in my world.

"I do not call rebellion nor revolutionary in my soul. I generally want some sanity and respect myself. Every night before bed I realize that the restaurants have been abandoned. I swear you didn't expect help from the government, but I probably didn't believe I would get such a sweeping disregard. Months ago I was the owner of businesses that supported nearly five hundred employees. Today I ask for the right to work. If I get a fine I understand that, I hope I can pay. If you go to jail, at least I can tell Moon and Ray that Dad did everything to look after them for a better future. "

Dedicated to the end of the loaded and emotional post, he addressed a direct appeal to the mayor of Tel Aviv: "Dear Sir Ron Huldai, I know and believe you want a thriving and joyful Tel Aviv. You have shown us all that you want to rebuild the city and expedite its recovery. I reach out to you, please, Your hand is back and together we will lift up the beloved city from the ruins.

"Instead of sending inspectors who drive customers off the restaurant balcony like I'm a leper, send an inspector to help us enforce the order. It will make it easier for us to do well in the city. I plan to open on Saturday. I would love to meet and do everything in coordination. Now the time has come for us to live. Leave me at three, mock the Rash, or grant I will not receive. The sad truth is that I have no expectations from the government but this country I love dearly, and you and I trust that you will rejoice with us and prove that sanity reigns. "

The post, as expected, made quite a bit of noise, and within about an hour he had amassed several hundred likes on Facebook and Instagram and dozens of strong comments from surfers, some of whom even stated support for the fight and promised to reach and support the field.

Omar Miller has not yet received a response.
