A real "stress test" for the majority, a difficult crossroads to govern . This is what Premier Giuseppe Conte awaits from this week, while the delicate phase of the almost total reopening of the country begins.

The first test of the House is on justice: on Wednesday the motions of no confidence are voted on by minister Alfonso Bonafe de and Iv, who could meet Conte to discuss it on Tuesday, until the last minute he does not dissolve the reservation.

But the most demanding front is the economic one: the prime minister starts work on the new decree on simplifications and contracts, but the final text of the relaunch decree, approved Wednesday in the Council of Ministers, is not yet ready, and the Mes the fund jumps States unseen to the M5s.

It would already be possible to apply for access to 36 billion of funds for health but the premier takes time, waiting to understand if it will be useful or the Recovery Fund will be really substantial and immediate. Conte will be in the Chamber on Tuesday to report on the new measures on reopening. But it is at the passage of Wednesday that the majority already looks. We vote in the Senate, where the 17 of Iv are decisive, a motion of no confidence to the Minister of Justice Alfonso Bonafede, target of the Renzians for months for his line on justice. Most doubt that Matteo Renzi decides to go all the way: disheartening the head of the M5s delegation would mean blowing up the government. And then, says a source of government Pd, "for us there would be only elections, perhaps with Conte candidate of a large coalition". But Renzi has not yet cleared the reserve and, say from Iv, more than one in the group would be tempted by the hook thrown by Emma Bonino. The senator of + Europa has in fact presented her motion of no confidence to Bonafede, which is added to that of the center-right. Action supports it, with Matteo Richetti, and Fi, with some senators and Enrico Costa. But above all, Benedetto Della Vedova's invitation is to the Renzians, to join and vote yes. The Iv leader called a group meeting for Wednesday morning to decide. But a convocation awaited by Palazzo Chigi is not decisive and has not yet been received: it is the second meeting scheduled with Conte to discuss the proposals of Italia Viva to the government. "We need political clarification in general on our issues, starting with the economic ones, and specifically on the issues of justice," says Ettore Rosato.
