A fire broke out in a warehouse adjoining the one that houses the brand new mask manufacturing plant in the Eiffel industrial area at Blanc-Mesnil.
The fire broke out for an undetermined reason in the ceiling of this 9,000 m2 storage site of the company BMS which housed office equipment and textiles, but also around thirty rental vehicles which burned down completely.
It was attached to the surgical mask factory created by the Chinese businessman Hsueh Sheng Wang. Set up in record time, it was inaugurated last week and the first productions started coming out on Monday morning from the three channels before being interrupted by the fire. Activity should resume tomorrow Tuesday.
