Dl Relaunch: more places requiring anti-contagion asylum

Having more places available for reception to avoid the infection by Coronavirus among migrants: the Relaunch decree provides that up to 6 months after the end of the emergency (currently set at 31 July) allows you to host asylum seekers also in accommodation included in the Siproimi system (the system intended for those who already have international protection and unaccompanied minors). These are smaller and more widespread structures in the area where migrants will in any case be guaranteed only the services provided in the reception centers.
