Here are the measures provided for in the provision.

UNIVERSAL CHECK - The universal check has a minimum amount for all households with one or more children, to which is added an additional and variable fee depending on the equivalent economic situation (Isee); the allowance is awarded monthly, each child is entitled to it up to eighteen years of age and is recognized from the seventh month of pregnancy. It also provides for a mandatory leave period of not less than 10 working days for the father worker in the first months of the child's birth and that the right to leave is granted regardless of the marital or family status of the working parent; the rule is introduced that the right to paternity leave is not subordinate to length of work and service and that it is guaranteed on equal terms in the public administration and in the private sector; inside there are also specific measures which, taking into account the individual professions, favor an extension of parental leave also to self-employed workers. The study also awards days to parents who share leave.

INCENTIVES FOR FEMALE WORK - Introduces the supplementary allowance of 30% of the salary for working mothers paid by INPS, for the period in which they return to work after compulsory leave; the deductibility of babysitting expenses taking into account the Isee; the gradual modulation of the remuneration received by the worker in the days of abstention in the case of illness of the child; incentive forms for employers who establish flexible working methods; it also requires that parents of children under the age of 14 be recognized for agile work; a portion of the Guarantee Fund for small and medium-sized enterprises, for the start-up of new female start-up companies and support for the first two years.

AUTONOMY AND YOUTH PROTAGONISM - Provides support for families, through tax deductions of the expenses incurred for the purchase of university books for each dependent child, enrolled at the university, who does not enjoy other forms of support for the purchase of texts university; support for families, through tax deductions of expenses relating to the rental contract for homes for adult children enrolled in a university course; support for young couples, made up of both subjects aged 35 and over, through tax breaks, for the rental of the first home.

CHILDHOOD - A voucher is provided for the payment of nursery school fees and other childcare services as well as the birth allowance.
