  • 2 tsp thyme or rosemary, chopped

  • 0.5 tsp pepper, freshly ground
  • 250 ml chicken broth (alternatively vegetable broth)
  • 4 cloves of garlic

Melted potatoes as a tasty side dish: this potato recipe always fits

  • Preheat your oven to 250 degrees - if 260 degrees are possible, set it.
  • Peel the potatoes * and cut them into slices about 1.5 to 2 cm thick.
  • In a bowl, mix the melted butter (it can be more if necessary), the herbs and the spices.
  • Swirl the potato slices in the spice butter .
