To turn it - according to the New York Times - a woman who was behind the police car and who hears himself shouting: "Stop hitting him, oh my God stop it!".
The episode dates back to March 3 and the victim is called ManuelEllis. The man was suddenly thrown to the ground when the agents continued to rage. For the police, the man attacked the police.
