(ANSA) - ROME, JUNE 11 - Still great difficulties for public exercises after 3 weeks from the reopening with declines in turnover which average around 53% while only in one exercise out of 3 did the staff return to full. This is what emerges from the survey conducted by the Centro Studi di Fipe, the Italian Federation of Public Exercises, to analyze the trend of bars and restaurants in this first period of phase 2.
   For 53.5% of the companies interviewed, most of them are tourists, in particular foreigners in particular, but the remaining 46.5% also complains about the lack of resident customers (ANSA).
