  • 1 bunch lovage (alternatively: parsley or chives) 
  • Salt (for seasoning) 
  • Pepper (for seasoning)

How to prepare the recipe for cauliflower soup

  • First chop onions * and garlic .
  • Then wash the cauliflower and remove its leaves and stalk. Then cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • Braise the onions and garlic * in the butter.
  • Add the cauliflower and pour in the vegetable stock. (Cook gently for about 20 minutes and remove a few florets as a garnish )
  • Puree the soft-boiled cauliflower.
  • Mix in the cream.
  • Season with salt and pepper, as well as with nutmeg and stir in the Viennese sausages (sliced) and the peas.
  • At low heat cook about 10 minutes.
