Perpignan la Catalane therefore takes over. A little alone in the storm, the Visa pour l'Image festival maintained its 32nd edition from August 29 to September 13. And, if the upturn continues in France, Visa will be a huge breath of fresh air at the end of summer, a course due South, after the Festival de La Gacilly, maintained because outdoors, in its charming village of Morbihan.
