Thousands of people danced on Sunday evening June 21 in several areas of northern Paris on the occasion of the music festival while gatherings of more than 10 people are still prohibited as part of the Covid-19 epidemic .
An impressive crowd gathered in Square Villemin, next to the Canal Saint-Martin.
Other gatherings were noted, notably rue de Paradis in the 10th arrondissement. On this street, hundreds of people - probably more - were dancing. A police car discovered the facts without intervening.

The edition of the music festival this year is marked by the coronavirus. The live performance world has been hit hard by the pandemic and considers itself to be the “big loser” of the crisis. All over France, gatherings, and therefore concerts of more than 10 people on the public highway, are still prohibited and artists must show their imagination.
Earlier in the capital, a family audience gathered in the afternoon for a giant karaoke in front of the Institut du monde arabe, with a clear distance between large tables and disinfection of microphones between each song.
