These are some of the innovations that will start from 1 July, the result partly of old rules and partly of measures put in place to help the economy to recover after the Coronavirus emergency. To pay, among other things, it should become easier to use cards and ATMs, since cash can be used less (the ceiling drops from 3 thousand to 2 thousand euros) and traders will have a tax discount on commissions.
SUPERBONUS AT THE START, THE RULES ARE MISSING : For those aiming to renovate the house, the date for starting work is always July 1st, the moment from which the superbonus will start at 110%. The tax discount that applies to the energy requalification of buildings and to the anti-seismic safety is still subject to Parliament's amendments to the Relaunch decree, and the Revenue Agency rules for accessing the concession are still missing. it applies only to the first houses and second houses in condominiums (not single-family ones) and for expenses incurred up to December 31, 2021. Among the possible changes, an extension to 2022 and the extension to all second houses. The tax credit, a novelty always introduced with the Relaunch decree, can be transferred to third parties, including banks and financial companies.
HOLIDAY BONUS UP TO 500 EUROS WITH THE APP I : Pending to understand which and how many renovations can be done at home, you can opt for a holiday incentivized by the state. Families with Isee within 40 thousand euros (which can now also be pre-filled on the INPS website) will be able to ask for a bonus of 500 euros if the core is at least 3 people, 300 with 2 people and 150 euros for singles, for pay for accommodation facilities such as hotels, b & b or camping sites. 80% of the bonus will result in an immediate discount, the rest will come as a deduction with the tax return. The bonus is paid through IO, the app for public services, which can be accessed with Spid or digital identity card, which will generate a QR code to be presented to the structures participating in the initiative.
DOWN THE WEDGE, UP TO 100 EUROS MORE IN THE PAY ENVELOPE : For those who are dependent on 1 July, the tax wedge cut, financed by the latest maneuver, is also triggered, which translates into an increase in the paycheck of up to 100 extra euros per month (600 euros in 2020, 1200 euros fully operational). For those who already benefited from the Renzi bonus (between 8 thousand and 24 thousand euros of income) the amount thus goes from 80 to 100 euros per month, which will also go to those with incomes between 24 and 28 thousand euros. Those who have incomes between 28 thousand and 40 thousand euros will instead receive a deduction that drops to zero from 40 thousand euros upwards. Employees who will receive a car in fringe benefit from 1 July will also enjoy the tax benefit recognized for the least polluting vehicles.
