This is what emerges from Mare Monstrum 2020, the dossier drawn up by the National Environment and Legality Observatory of Legambiente which sees more than half of the infringements contested (52.3%) by the Harbor Office and law enforcement agencies concentrate between Campania, Puglia , Sicily and Calabria. According to Legambiente, even after the end of the lockdown, criminal activities seem to have resumed at full speed.
