CCTV footage shot in the summer of 2019 in a store shows three police officers arresting a man. One of the police officers threw a mysterious package on the ground of which the arrested person was accused of being the holder. The package in question contains narcotic drugs.
It was in the context of this case that six police officers from the Seine-Saint-Denis Security and Intervention Company (CSI 93) were arrested and placed in police custody on Monday. They are the subject of an "investigation opened in 2019 for reasons of theft, forcible confinement, transport and use of narcotic drugs as well as forgery in public writing".
The Paris prefect of police, Didier Lallement, announces "to initiate a reflection on the reorganization of the police units of the CSI 93", one indicates in prefecture of police.
