(ANSA) - ROME, JULY 7 - After a six-hour discussion in the Council of Ministers, the go-ahead for the Simplifications decree comes "unless agreed". Weeks of negotiations are not enough: until the last minute, the differences on the derogations from the contracts and also on the public works to be entrusted to commissioners, as well as on the abuse of office, on which Iv expresses its reservation, and on rules such as that of interoperability of data. The large knots in the end, ensure more sources of governance by leaving Palazzo Chigi, are dissolved: the "bargaining agreements" concerns a few "technical, non-political" aspects. But the discussion on the works to be unlocked seems destined to keep the bank still, also because the list does not enter the text of the decree and there will still be time until the end of the year to appoint commissioners. The night-time CDM gives the go-ahead to the Reformation Program, with the guidelines that the government will follow in the coming months, and also to the bill for the adjustment of the budget and the state's report.
