In Milan, tomorrow, the Sala delle Asse created by Leonardo da Vinci at Castello Sforzesco will reopen to the public. The room will be admired by visitors to the Castle Museums in a new form: free from the physical and multimedia structures of the installation 'Leonardo never seen' - which welcomed nearly 350,000 visitors on the occasion of the 500th anniversary of the death of Leonardo da Vinci - and with essential lighting that will allow you to admire the restored monochrome and Leonardesque drawings that emerged during the restoration of the walls, waiting to host the scaffolding from September for the continuation of the diagnostic and restoration site.
The room can be visited along the route of the Museum of Ancient Art, accessible by purchasing the ticket (5 euros) which also allows you to visit all the remaining museums of the Castle open to the public (the Museo della Pietà Rondanini, the Museo d ' Ancient Art, the Museum of Decorative Arts and the Museum of Musical Instruments). The reservation is not mandatory but, as a note from the Municipality explains, it is recommended given the entry rules for Covid. The Castle Museums are open on Thursday and Friday, from 11 to 18 (last admission at 17). (HANDLE).
