(ANSA-AFP) - KABUL, JULY 28 - Afghan President AshrafGhani hopes that peace talks with the Taliban will begin "within a week", following the completion of the exchange of prisoners. "To demonstrate the government's commitment, we will pre-complete the release of 5,000 Taliban prisoners," Ghani said to his officials. "As part of this initiative, we look forward to starting direct negotiations with the Taliban in the space of a week," he added.
