(ANSA) - MILAN, JULY 28 - The Car, the union pact which brings together some large shareholders of Ubi Banca, has decided to opt out of the Opas launched by Intesa Sanpaolo on the ex-Popolare.
A decision taken "after partial recognition - explain the large shareholders who control almost 19% of Ubi- of the economic value of Ubi Banca" following the relaunch of Intesa with a premium of 57 cents per share, in addition to the exchange of 17 bank shares bidder every 10 delivered.
