Laboratory workers protesting their terms of employment, intend to hold "information meetings" in the laboratories and cause disruptions during the tests starting next Tuesday, "Israel Today" learned

. "It existed even before the outbreak of the corona epidemic doubled. We will not be able to meet both our commitment to routine tests and to provide a response to the corona tests. We have decided to stand up and say so far ... starting on Tuesday we will start a wave of protests across the country."

Workers have been protesting for some time about their terms of employment, saying work has tripled and even more since the outbreak of the Corona crisis - and they are collapsing under pressure in the absence of new standards and working conditions necessary for a crisis of this magnitude. "All the laboratories are in crisis and there is no chance of meeting the defined quantities. This time it is not because of reagents or instruments, but because we do not have enough manpower for this task," explains the director of the laboratories of the United Health Insurance Fund, Dr. George Farhgrod.
