The heat, boredom and constant hunger make children often look for employment around the refrigerator. This time I decided to sneak you an old trick - a new one for a frozen and ultimate snack for the end of summer: banana yogurt ice creams, without additives and without empty calories, that the children can make on their own and snack on.

* Since the ice creams do not contain processed sugar, except for the fruit sugar of the banana, and do not contain a high percentage of fat, it is advisable to consume them as soon as they are taken out of the freezer because they melt very quickly.
* For those who have silicone baking sleeves - it is recommended to use these for larger ice creams and for entertaining.
* In order to 'thicken' the texture of the ice creams before pouring them into molds, you can add almond powder or ground coconut (up to 80 grams) to the batter.
* You can convert half the amount of bananas to frozen raspberries.
* For those who still want to sweeten the batter, you can add up to 3 tablespoons of maple / sesame.

Ingredients
For 12 medium or 20 small ice cream cones
- 3 large and ripe bananas, sliced
- 300 grams of 3% fat yogurt
For coating
- 100 grams of dark chocolate or milk, melted
- Almond or coconut chips, optional
Preparation
How to make homemade ice cream cones?
1 Put the sliced bananas in a thick plastic bag or hard plastic container, close tightly and freeze for about two hours.
2 Remove the bananas from the freezer and place in a food processor with a metal blade. Pour over the yoghurt and process in pulses for about a minute - two until a smooth and uniform texture is obtained.
3 Take a large spoon or small ladle and pour into the sockets of the silicone molds we have chosen. Put in the freezer for 5-8 hours.
Remove from the freezer and decorate with chocolate and almond / coconut chips and the like.
4 Storage: Can be stored in a covered freezer or in an airtight container for about two weeks.
