An intervention that brings the government's anti-Covid efforts "to 100 billion" and that "helps businesses and families and directs them towards growth, economic recovery and employment", also underlines the Minister of Economy, Roberto Gualtieri, already looking at the Recovery plan to be presented in October, a "historic opportunity".
The complex puzzle of the measures is composed in the evening, after days of negotiations, and the text will need a few more days to be completed and published in the Official Gazette. And the Parliament, majority and opposition, says the premier, will be able to "improve it". The largest part, 12 billion, will go to work, says Minister Nunzia Catalfo, and other resources will also go to local authorities, health care, schools. But one of the choices "of historical significance" states Conte, is the taxation of advantage for the South, for which Minister Peppe Provenzano fought, with which the foundations are laid "for a reindustrialization of the entire South" and does not divide the country, a "gap" is filled. In place of the consumption bonus, then, comes 600 million for the "supply chain bonus for restaurants" who buy made in Italy products, says Minister Teresa Bellanova proudly, recalling that this incentive will be an alternative to non-repayable contributions for the activities of the centers historians of 29 cities of art, including Bergamo, commissioned by Dario Franceschini.

On the tax front, oxygen for the self-employed (Isa subjects and flat-rate people with losses of at least 33% will pay in April instead of November) and for those who had to pay suspended taxes in March, April and May: 50% must be paid by December in 4 installments, the other 50% in 24 installments starting from January.
In place of the consumption bonus, the cashback plan takes shape: it will be a points mechanism, in which transactions are accumulated to obtain a refund every six months. The first, explained Gualtieri "will arrive before the summer". To incentivize electronic payments, funds of 1.75 billion are restored.
Among the more than 100 articles of the decree there are also 3 million for the training of housewives, no Imu even for discos, tripled funds for the babysitter bonus for doctors and nurses.
