Which fly stung TF 1? 24 hours after the big underperformance of “Cuisine Impossible”, TF 1 once again bites the dust. The front page had decided to rebroadcast “Fifty / Fifty”, Franck Dubosc's one-man show, already offered live last January on… TMC where he had barely exceeded the million-viewer mark.

According to Médiamétrie, the crash is historic. Never has the “first channel in Europe” recorded such a low prime time audience. Only 1.07 million people on average until 11:10 pm, were seduced by the comedian. The audience share of the general public aged four and over watching TV is 6.8% of the public (and 9.7% of housewives under the age of fifty). A score worthy of a TNT channel! The front page also signs a very bad day with 14.8% of average market share (against 14.7% for France 2). This is the second weakest day in its history.

Franck Dubosc does not smile more at M 6. She finishes third with the replay of "Fiston". Pascal Bourdiaux's French comedy with Kev Adams and Franck Dubosc attracted 1.34 million people, or 8.2% of the audience.

The public service benefits

The public service takes advantage of the small form of private channels. France 3 is stronger than the Fort, and leads the evening's audiences with a replay of the TV movie “Roches Noires”. This fiction, carried by Grégori Derangère and Flore Bonaventura, was followed by 3.63 million viewers on average until 10:40 p.m. The audience share of the general public aged four and over who watch their TV is 22%. A score up compared to last week, proof that the French do not all leave their televisions off at the beginning of the heatwave month of August ...

In the process, the replay of the TV movie "Le Vagabond de la Baie de Somme" was followed until 12:15 am by 1.97 million people, or 19.5% of the public. France 3 was therefore more in the second part of the evening than the prime time of TF 1!

France 2 is just behind with a new number of "Fort Boyard", still presented by Olivier Minne. The events of the guests of the week - including Fabrice Santoro, Vianney and Miss France 2019 Vaimalama Chaves - distracted 2.82 million people, or an overall audience share of 18.3% among the public. The public channel leads the household under 50, with 27.4% of this target advertiser. In terms of number of viewers, it is exactly the same score as last week, except for 9,000 viewers!

The TF 1 group makes up for it thanks to the little sister TMC which beats France 5 and Arte with an episode of "Columbo" which is close to 800,000 (4.8%).
