After a huge hype, "GTA San Andreas" has been quiet for some time. But now the gangster game has made it back into the iOS charts. The developer Voodoo celebrates a very special success this time.
Berlin (dpa-infocom) - The former long-running "GTA San Andreas" is now seven years old. Why is the gangster adventure now entering the iOS games again, even though the last update was already over a year ago?
This could be due to an HD trailer that the South American team ArcadiaSquad recently published as a fan project on Youtube to encourage a remake. Rockstar Games has left it cold so far. But apparently the clip ensured that numerous gamers got the game back on their iOS devices this week. "GTA San Andreas" (7.99) came back in tenth place.
If you don't care about coolness and gangster behavior, you might prefer to try your skills. Voodoo specializes in this genre. Although users often complain about a boring structure and too much advertising, this time the developer is represented in the charts with five games and does it with "Cube Surfer!" also back to the top. The idea is simple: As the name suggests, here you have to surf across cubes.
