According to the investigators, a total of 19 objects were searched - in Dortmund, Hagen, Bochum, Düsseldorf, Soest, Solingen, Castrop-Rauxel and in Saarburg in Rhineland-Palatinate. Harleys and Rolex watches secured
According to the police, the background to the action is a suspicion against a 36-year-old from Hagen, who is being investigated for various fraud and tax offenses. He is said to have given false information when arranging loans and thus to "high quality vehicles", it said. Overall, this resulted in damage of more than one million euros. There are also connections to the clan milieu.
According to the police, a high-quality Mercedes, a Jaguar and several Harley motorcycles, Rolex watches and five-digit cash were seized during the searches. Data carriers and computers were also confiscated, but no arrests took place.
