A magic potion that boils in the entrance in front of the haunted painting in the living room, an animated skeleton in the half-light of a room that looks like an Inca temple… No, this is not the latest attraction of the Disneyland Paris park but of a private house, nestled at the corner of a street in Cachan, in Val-de-Marne.
The “fantastic house” is, however, quite a themed attraction. The living room is a real wizarding cottage, inspired by the Harry Potter universe. Its wooden beams and grimoires covered with cobwebs contrast with the futuristic decor of the living room, a spaceship inspired by the movie "Prometheus".
A real dancefloor with its colored lights twirling in the smoke, this room also serves as a cinema room with its giant screen. Further on, the frightening atmosphere of the bathroom, inspired by a cursed temple from the universe of Indiana Jones, will prevent anyone from risking too much hanging out in the shower. Finally, Dr. Frankenstein's laboratory and his corpse lying under a bloodied sheet are reminiscent of anything but ... a bedroom.
It is in this unusual setting that Diono and Alexandre live. They opened their doors to us.
