- 3 tbsp honey

- 1 kg of apples
- 1 small untreated lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cinnamon, coated
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 2 tbsp rum, to taste
For the sprinkles
- 200 g whole wheat flour
- 100 g cane sugar
- 150 g margarine
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon

How to bake the apple pie with sprinkles made from whole wheat flour
Quickly roll out the cold dough on a floured work surface and place it in a well-greased springform pan. Press it firmly on the floor and pull it up a little on the sides. If the dough cracks or crumbles, just press it firmly.
