Worthy descendants of Epicurus, lovers of good food and good bottles, Gustave Kervern and Benoît Delépine serve, with Saint Amour , released in March 2016, an oenological journey through France. Incomplete, but perky and intoxicating. The film begins at the Agricultural Show, Porte de Versailles, in Paris. Jean, alias Gérard Depardieu, breeder from Charolais, a faded blond hairpiece on the head, joins his son Bruno, Benoît Poelvoorde, whom he would like to see succeed him.

“Each year, we take the wine route without leaving the show” , launches the latter, tipsy, to a vendor of spirits during a tasting of a “petit pouilly fuissé 2011” . Taking him at his word, his father, who presents his adored Nebuchadnezzar to the competition for the most beautiful bull, leads him on the “real” wine route to renew his loose ties. It's Mike (Vincent Lacoste), a talkative taxi driver, who drives these big "kids" .
