The focus of the story is Mia (Luna Wedler) , who is enrolling as a medical student at the University of Freiburg. There she would like to get to the bottom of the mysterious death of her brother, which seems to be related to the work of biology professor Tanja Lorenz (Jessica Schwarz) . In her search for answers, Mia comes across illegal gene experiments that turn out to be a great danger to her and her friends.
