José Sala is from Cordoba. He traveled with his father to Trenque Lauquen, to the west of the province of Buenos Aires, for a rural job and soon after he was "thrown". Since then, he has been collecting cardboard for a recycling project and these days he became a hero: he found in an envelope more than a million pesos and he returned it to its owner .

Local media reported that José was taking apart a box he had collected when he suddenly saw an envelope inside it, hidden under a cardboard wing. When he opened it, he found checks, dollars and euros .

Despite the temptation that finding a huge sum of money can generate, the man decided to immediately report what happened to his boss, Pedro Roig. It is about a political leader in the area who offered him the job of cardboard that he currently has.

The envelope contained the name and workplace of the person who was to receive the money. It belonged to Nicolás Grunale, the head of the city's Lens car dealership. And towards him went José, with surprise .

First there was a telephone conversation and a few minutes later the meeting took place. Grunale could not believe what had happened and José could not help the "shame" of having with him something that did not belong to him and that could be worrying someone else about his loss.

In dialogue with La Opinion , Grunale told what happened to that envelope: "In a large parcel there were savings contracts, used car papers and documentation of the business. And at the bottom there was a small envelope in my name with 300 euros, $ 1,000 and checks registered in our system for 950,000 pesos . "

José Sala, after returning the envelope with the money he found in a cardboard box.

"That envelope was misplaced in the box and those who received the package did not see it and as it was, it was thrown in the trash. I was waiting for that shipment and it seemed strange to me that it did not arrive," he added.

That is how it came into the hands of José. And after his noble gesture of giving back what was not his, the dealership decided to reward the humble hero who "at first did not want to accept" anything for his action.

"The truth is that José is a first-rate person. A very humble kid, and sincerely his attitude touched our souls. We gave him a good reward, we chatted for a long time and we became friends," said Nicolás.

According to local media, the hero of the day was given a sum of money, they dressed him in clothes of the brand that the dealer sells and they promised him shoes and a motorcycle that will serve to replace the bicycle with which he does his work.

“He's a great guy, he's a crack, a teacher. She has an incredible life story, with many sufferings, but she has great human and honesty values that are not found every day, ”said Grunale.

And he added: "What is worth is the gesture of this boy, a humble young man who with such moral integrity surprised especially in these moments where there is so much need. It is a caress for the soul in this society where there is so much bad vibes and negativity It honestly makes us very happy and shows us that there are more good people than bad . "
