(ANSA) - NEW YORK, AUG 27 - Hurricane Laura has the first victim registered. It is a 14-year-old from Leesville, in Louisiana, who was killed when a tree fell on her house. This was confirmed by the governor of the state, John BelEdwards. Meanwhile, Laura is moving to the south-east of the US and has now been downgraded to category 1. But more than 403,000 people have been without electricity in Louisiana, and another 104,000 in Texas. (HANDLE)
