(ANSA) - MOSCOW, AUGUST 29 - There are over 17,000 victims of Covid-19 in Russia. According to official data, 111 people have died in the last 24 hours, bringing to 17,025 the total deaths caused by Sars-Cov-2 since the beginning of the epidemic.
New cases are on the rise: in the last 24 hours, 4,941 infections have been detected, yesterday they were 4,829 and Wednesday 4,676. There are 985,346 registered infections from Covid-19, which make Russia the fourth country in the world for infections in absolute terms after the United States, Brazil and India. (ANSA).
