Melt Potato Recipe: Here's How You Must Prepare Potatoes Today

You need:

  • 1 kg floury potatoes (e.g. Adretta or Bintje), or mostly waxy potatoes (e.g. Toscana or Marabel)
  • 5 tbsp liquid butter
  • 2 teaspoons thyme or rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper, freshly ground
  • 250 ml chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 4 cloves of garlic

Melted potatoes as a delicious side dish: this potato recipe always works

  • Preheat your oven to 250 degrees - if 260 degrees are possible, then set this.
  • Peel the potatoes * and cut them into slices about 1.5 to 2 cm thick.
  • Mix the melted butter (it can be more if necessary), herbs and spices in a bowl.
  • Swirl the potato slices in the seasoned butter .
