(ANSA) - MINSK, AUG 30 - Tens of thousands of protesters took to the streets today in Minsk for a new day of protest calling for President Aleksandar Lukashenko to leave the scene, despite a massive deployment of law enforcement, with heavily armed agents, dozens of people stopped and the army blocking the streets and squares of the Belarusian capital.
It is the third week of protest, triggered by the elections of last August 9 in which Lukashenko claimed the victory. (HANDLE).
