The Secretary of Access to Health,

Carla Vizzotti

, recalled that the average age of new infections is 38 years, "that age group of young people, who are active because they have the responsibility to work in the excepted activities and with protocol" .

On the other hand, he stressed that the number of people admitted to intensive care

is growing "at the expense of the provinces

that are increasing the number of cases."

"We are following more closely some districts such as Río Negro, with an occupation of 67%; Mendoza, with 64%; or Jujuy, with 71%," added the head of the Ministry of Health Quality,

Arnaldo Medina.

In any case, he indicated that these provinces have particularly compromised areas "at the limit of their capacity" and referred to General Roca and Cipoletti, in Río Negro, which are already at 100% occupancy of beds, as well as the city of Mendoza and the great Mendoza, which is around 90%;

and San Salvador de Jujuy.

Both Medina and Vizzotti referred to the state of

fatigue of the health personnel

: "They are exhausted, very tired, especially in areas with the highest number of beds," said the official.
