In the trial against Arafat Abou-Chaker and three of his brothers, the Berlin district court named the first rappers on Thursday that the chamber wants to hear as witnesses in court alongside Bushido.

A total of 36 names are on the list, including, according to SPIEGEL information, Farid Bang, Kollegah, Shindy, Samra, AK Auserkontrolle, Ali Bumaye and Laas Unltd.

DJ Gan-G is also named as a witness.

Fler and Capital Bra appear in the indictment, but they are not on the witness list so far.

The three founders of Bushido's former label Aggro Berlin are also missing.

Anis Ferchichi alias Bushido is a joint plaintiff and at the same time the most important witness in the process.

He has already testified on three days of the trial and is supposed to continue speaking on Monday.

There is no end in sight to his statement.

In addition to the rappers, the court plans to summon Bushido's wife, his psychologist, several lawyers, a tax advisor and police officers as witnesses.

The judges also want to hear "Hamudi Wasserkopf", who is said to have made Bushido and Arafat Abou-Chaker famous.

Also on the list of witnesses is Achraf Rammo, a member of another Berlin clan, whom Bushido is said to have turned to after separating from Arafat Abou-Chaker.

The court emphasized on the last day of the hearing that it was a preliminary list of witnesses.

The taking of evidence and suggestions from the defense, public prosecutor's office and secondary prosecution can lead to further witnesses being summoned or to one or the other witness being waived.

It is not yet clear when exactly who has to appear in court.

So far, the court has scheduled more than 30 trial days until January 2021.

Arafat Abou-Chaker is accused of attempted serious blackmail, deprivation of liberty, dangerous bodily harm, coercion, insult, infidelity and a lot more.

He is said to have injured Bushido with a plastic water bottle in January 2018, threatened him and imprisoned him because the rapper ended his business relationship with Abou-Chaker.
